Starting with Bruhn Limestone in around 2007, Damien — better known as ‘Duck’ — has built his knowledge from the ground up through years of hands-on experience in quarry development, stone production and overall operations management. With a strong understanding of mining compliance, bulk manufacturing processes and the craftsmanship involved in cutting and finishing limestone, he brings practical expertise to every stage of production. As Operations Director, Damien leads the operational performance of Bruhn with a focus on quality, efficiency and authenticity.

His deep connection to the industry and commitment to the product continue to shape the culture and reputation of Bruhn Limestone today.

Damien brings hands-on expertise in limestone quarrying, with deep knowledge across geology, extraction processes and operations, manufacturing, environmental management and quality control.
